great food and loads of fun!

Every year, the Chamber of Commerce helps businesses to grow, across all sizes and sectors in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows communities. Our Business Excellence Awards are just one way that we recognize and reward your success, innovation and hard work.
 
The Chamber of Commerce serving Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows is proud to celebrate outstanding local businesses, organizations and individuals that make these communities a better place to work, live and play.  
 
2016's Business Excellence Awards will be presented at the Annual Gala on March 11 2017. This lavish black tie event puts the spotlight on many entrepreneurs, companies and organization that help make our community a vibrant and memorable place to do business.

Tickets: There will be no physical tickets for this event; so please be sure to provide the Chamber with your guest names no later than Friday, March 3rd.

Cash Bar: Please bring cash or cheque payment for your drinks as there will be very limited access to card payment. 

Theme/Dress Code: 007 Casino Royale - Black Tie 

Entertainment: In light of this year's theme, there will be blackjack tables with play money, where you can win tons of swag from member business and increase your odds at winning the Secret Agent door prizes.

Finalists: Time and space is running out, are you registered yet? Of course it is not mandatory for finalists or nominees to attend the gala; however, it would be preferred as we will call upon the winners to come up to the stage to collect their award.

Babysitters: No minors will be allowed on the premise, please schedule babysitters to stay later than midnight as you will be busy busting a move till the wee hours of the night!

Seating: There will be assigned seating, if you have a table you wish to sit at, please inform us right away of any preferences. Please note we will do our best to accommodate your request but there will be no guarantees. 

Allergy Alert: There will be vegetarian and gluten free options; however, kindly inform us immediately if you or your guests have any food allergies.

Doors: Doors open at 6:00pm and last call is 11:30pm.

** Please note a $10 no-show fee will be charged to members and non-members in addition to the cost of the ticket, who register for events and then do not attend. Space is limited at events and we require accurate numbers to determine seating, food and beverages, etc. 

7 days notice is required for all cancellations for large events, unless otherwise stipulated, the fee is also applied to last minute registrants who fail to call/show.
