Homelessness is made more complex by mental health and addiction issues. This session will explore how these issues are related and reveal evidence-based and promising practices in the field of mental health and addictions.

About the Subcommittee


The Community Dialogue on Homelessness Subcommittee was formed in June 2016. The role of this Social Policy Advisory Committee subcommittee was to develop a platform for community dialogue on homelessness. The speakers’ series will provide a forum for sharing data and relevant information and an opportunity for community members to engage in respectful dialogue on each topic while hearing a range of perspectives.
