Event Description:

Did you know that if a small business does not open its doors within two weeks after a catastrophic event, it  most likely never will?

As natural disasters around us increase each year it is imperative as a business owner that  you and your staff know the risks, have a family emergency plan and an emergency kit.

Barbara Morgan, an emergency management specialist will entertain you with the reasons you will want to be prepared, explain the risks and demonstrate what being prepared looks like.

This workshop includes lunch and each participant will receive a FREE  emergency preparedness workbook!

Have you thought how are you going to operate without electricity or without staff? Can you relocate and continue on temporarily?  Is your service or product essential, if not what other offshoot service can you offer to keep your staff and business operating?

Stay tuned in the Fall for another session covering more topics!
